1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all ticket purchases made through the official Dinopark Funtana online ticket shop and to all visits to Dinopark Funtana.
By purchasing a ticket, receiving an e-ticket or entering the park, the customer and all accompanying visitors accept these Terms & Conditions, the Park Rules, safety instructions and all notices displayed on site.
The version valid at the time of purchase applies. Dinopark Funtana may update these Terms for future purchases.
2. Contract and Ticket Purchase
The presentation of tickets in the online shop is not a binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By completing the checkout and payment process, the customer submits a binding order. The contract is concluded when Dinopark Funtana confirms the order or sends the ticket.
Dinopark Funtana may refuse or cancel orders in case of payment failure, technical errors, incorrect prices, suspected fraud or unavailability. Payments already received will be refunded where applicable.
The contract language is English. If translations are provided, the English version prevails unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
3. Tickets and Admission
A ticket grants admission to Dinopark Funtana according to the selected ticket type, date, validity period and product description.
Admission is only permitted with a valid, scannable ticket, either printed or displayed on a mobile device.
Discounted tickets are valid only if the visitor qualifies for the discount and can provide proof upon request. Otherwise, the difference to the regular ticket price must be paid.
Expired, already used, cancelled, refunded, forged, duplicated or invalid tickets do not grant admission.
4. Ticket Validity
Date-specific tickets are valid only for the selected date unless Dinopark Funtana expressly allows another use.
Non-date-specific tickets must be used within the stated validity period, such as a season, promotion period or calendar year.
If a ticket is used during a higher-priced period, Dinopark Funtana may charge the price difference. No partial refund is granted if the ticket is used during a lower-priced period.
5. E-Ticket Delivery
Tickets are delivered electronically, usually by email or through the ticket shop system. No physical tickets are sent by post.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct email address and ensuring that the ticket can be accessed, downloaded, displayed or printed before arrival.
If a ticket is lost or not received, Dinopark Funtana may assist if the customer can prove the purchase and the ticket has not yet been used. There is no legal right to replacement.
6. Prices and Payment
All prices shown in the ticket shop include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment is due immediately at checkout. Accepted payment methods are displayed during the order process.
Prices may vary depending on season, promotion, visitor category, date, sales channel or special offer. Later discounts or promotions do not entitle the customer to a refund or price adjustment.
7. No Cancellation or Refunds
Tickets for Dinopark Funtana are tickets for leisure activities provided on a specific date or within a specific period. Therefore, they may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer law.
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are generally non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-exchangeable unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Dinopark Funtana may, at its sole discretion, offer a goodwill solution such as a date change, voucher, replacement ticket or refund. Such goodwill decisions do not create any legal entitlement.
No refund is granted if the customer does not visit the park, arrives late, leaves early, buys the wrong ticket, cannot use certain attractions due to restrictions, or is removed from the park for misconduct.
8. Park Operation, Weather and Attraction Availability
Dinopark Funtana is partly an outdoor park. Opening hours, attractions, rides, shows, restaurants, animal areas and facilities may vary depending on season, weather, technical condition, safety, staffing, maintenance or operational reasons.
A ticket does not guarantee that every attraction, ride, show, restaurant or facility will be available at all times.
Temporary closures, waiting times, changes to the program or limited availability of individual attractions do not entitle the customer to a full or partial refund, provided the park visit remains reasonably possible.
In case of full park closure due to severe weather, safety reasons, force majeure, official orders or other circumstances outside Dinopark Funtana’s control, Dinopark Funtana may offer a replacement date, voucher, replacement ticket or refund where appropriate.
Dinopark Funtana is not liable for travel costs, accommodation costs or other indirect costs caused by changes, closures or weather conditions.
9. Park Rules and Guest Conduct
All visitors must follow the Park Rules, safety signs, age, height, weight and health restrictions, as well as all instructions given by staff.
Dinopark Funtana may refuse admission or remove visitors without refund if they behave dangerously, aggressively or disruptively, violate rules, ignore safety instructions, misuse attractions, damage property, disturb other guests or staff, or enter restricted areas.
Visitors are liable for damage they cause to park property, attractions, facilities, animals, plants or third-party property.

Parents and accompanying adults must ensure that children follow safety rules, respect restrictions and use attractions, playgrounds and facilities appropriately.
12. Personal Belongings
Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings.
Dinopark Funtana is not liable for lost, stolen, forgotten or damaged personal items unless liability is mandatory under applicable law.

13. Liability and Assumption of Risk
Visitors enter Dinopark Funtana and use the park, attractions, rides, playgrounds, trails, animal areas, shows, equipment and facilities at their own risk.
Visitors are responsible for their own conduct, health, physical ability, children, personal belongings and for following all Park Rules, safety signs, restrictions and staff instructions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dinopark Funtana is not liable for injuries, accidents, losses or damages caused by visitor negligence, misuse of attractions or facilities, failure to follow rules or instructions, lack of supervision, unsafe behavior, natural ground conditions, weather, animals, plants, insects, other visitors, temporary closures, operational changes, force majeure or loss of personal belongings.
Dinopark Funtana is not liable for indirect damages, travel costs, accommodation costs, lost holiday time, loss of income or other consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law, including liability for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health where mandatory law requires liability.
