Your Role at Dinopark Funtana

As part of our Animator Team, you will: 🎉 Interact with children and families in a friendly, positive, and engaging way🦖 Bring dinosaurs, attractions, and themed areas to life🎭 Support daily activities, games, walk-around characters, and special events📣 Guide guests, answer questions, and help them enjoy the park safely👨‍👩‍👧 Create memorable moments through communication, enthusiasm, and presence🤝 Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth daily operations No day is the same – and that’s what makes the job exciting.

What You Bring With You

We’re looking for personalities, not perfection. 🗣️ English is required (Croatian and German are a big plus)😊 Friendly, communicative, and confident with guests⚡ Energetic, motivated, and reliable👥 Team player with a positive attitude🎓 Minimum age: 16 years (student contracts possible)💡 Willingness to learn and grow during the season Previous experience in animation, tourism, hospitality, or events is a plus – but not required.

The Operations Department is where the park truly comes to life. This team works directly at our attractions and rides, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, safely, and with a smile.As part of the Operations Team, you are in constant contact with our guests — guiding them, assisting families, and making sure every ride experience is fun and secure. You help operate attractions, manage guest flow, and create a welcoming atmosphere at some of the most exciting spots in the park.This role is perfect for people who enjoy responsibility, guest interaction, and active work in a dynamic environment. Every day is different, and your contribution plays a key role in achieving our main goal: happy guests.
